ALAV: "There are 151 international flights per week from Venezuela to 11 destinations"

The Venezuelan Airline Association (ALAV) reported that in April of the current year, there are 151 international flights per week from the Caribbean nation to 11 destinations. Banca y Negocios Additionally, it explained on its social networks that of these 151 flights, 128 depart from Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, La Guaira state, serving Caracas. Likewise, there are 422 national flights per week, of which 243 originate from Maiquetía International Airport, and it added that the active national airlines are: Aeropostal, Avior, Conviasa, Laser, Turpial, Rutaca, and Venezolana. The private institution stated that the active international airlines are: Avianca, Air Europa, Copa Airlines, Gold, Iberia, Latam, Plus Ultra, TAP Air Portugal, Turkish Airlines, and Wingo. Regarding the U.S. airline American Airlines, it indicated that it announced its flights starting next April 30th of this year.
