38 lawsuits have reached the State Council to overturn the minimum wage increase
As the Government continues to face the consequences of the suspension of the economic emergency decree, another front is opening in the high courts that could affect recent Executive decisions: lawsuits against the minimum wage increase, which was set at 23.7%.
