44% of Passenger Transport Vehicles Lack SOAT: Cundinamarca Governor
Following serious accidents on Cundinamarca roads in recent hours, Governor Jorge Emilio Rey revealed alarming figures on vehicles traveling the country's roads without mandatory traffic accident insurance (SOAT).
