Extortionist demanding $500 million from a merchant captured

A judge with guarantee control functions in Riohacha ordered pre-trial detention in a prison against Fabian de Jesús Hernández Garizado, identified as allegedly responsible for the crime of aggravated extortion. The decision was made after the presentation of material evidence by the Attorney General's Office. However, the accused did not accept the charges imputed by the accuser.
