Since Claudia López was mayor of Bogotá, between 2020 and 2023, it was intuited that she wanted to be president of Colombia. Today, her closest campaign team is made up of several of the names who accompanied her when she governed the capital. Some have been there since before, when she was a senator for the Green Alliance. Other voices, outside the campaign, also support her personally.
