La lucha del Caribe
En días pasados me encontré con una publicación de 1993 sobre el V Foro del Caribe: La Costa hacia el nuevo milenio. Echarle una hojeada a la publicación trajo muchos recuerdos y, a la vez, un sentimiento de frustración porque nuestra región se mantiene rezagada frente a las zonas prósperas del país. A pesar de que el conocimiento sobre el atraso regional, los recursos públicos y la influencia política son mayores, las desigualdades son persistentes y no se han cerrado las brechas.
