The banking sector will grant 2.1 million new loans in the affected departments over the next 12 months, a 15% increase.
These loans will prioritize productive sectors like tourism, agriculture, and industry, with a 20% growth target.
Over 200,000 loans will be backed by government instruments, including up to 90% coverage guarantees from the National Guarantee Fund (FNG).
Credits with higher FNG coverage will have interest rates not exceeding IBR plus 6 percentage points.
A credit line will be available for organized communities involved in productive reactivation.
