TL;DR

60.80% of pensions will be adjusted based on the minimum wage increase.
39.20% of pensions will be adjusted based on the 5.1% inflation rate (IPC).
Pensions equivalent to the minimum wage will increase to $1'750,905 for 2026.
No pension will be lower than the minimum wage.
The adjustments will be automatic from the January 2026 payroll.
Additional pensions (13th and 14th) will also see the same adjustment.
Health contribution rates will decrease from 12% to 10% for pensions between 2 and 3 minimum wages.
