The adjustment depends on the December 2025 inflation data, to be released on January 8th.
Pensions equivalent to the minimum wage in 2025 will see a 23% increase in 2026.
Pensions above the minimum wage will be adjusted based on the 2023 Consumer Price Index (IPC).
The legal basis for pension adjustments is Article 14 of Law 100 of 1993.
Adjusted pension payments will be disbursed between January 25th and 30th, 2026.
