The bills will continue to be printed on ecological paper made from sugarcane bagasse, using water-based and biodegradable inks.
The new design will not affect electronic reporting to the DIAN, Braille formats, or existing tariffs, consumption, billing periods, legal provisions, or other services like sanitation, public lighting, or third-party products.
