Nutresa will sell its shareholding in Bimbo Colombia

TL;DR

Nutresa is selling its 39.99% stake in Bimbo de Colombia S.A.
The buyers are Spanish firms BB Global Investing Holding S.L.U. and Bakery Iberian Investments, S.L.
Nutresa is also exiting its shareholding in Starbucks Colombia, selling its 30% stake in Estrella Andina S. A. S.
The buyer of the Starbucks Colombia stake is Mexican firm Café Sirena S.A. de CV.
Nutresa plans to make capital contributions to Inversionista Alcora S. A. to obtain a 40% stake.
These contributions are scheduled between March and April 2025.
