Judicial liquidation process of Rédito S.A. for illegal money collection ends

The Superintendence of Companies has completed the judicial intervention and liquidation of Rédito S.A.
Two payment plans resulted in the return of $1,631,739,266 and the adjudication of a property valued at $170,280,000 to affected parties.
Rédito S.A. was intervened for unauthorized mass collection of public funds via a fraudulent invoice scheme.
The liquidation process can be reopened only if new assets emerge to cover outstanding debts.
The Superintendence also finalized liquidation processes for Claudia María Tavera Álvarez and Las Emes S.A.S., linked to the same case.
