El alcalde de Cartagena, Dumek Turbay Paz, anunció que el próximo lunes 26 de enero abrirá oficialmente sus puertas el Hospital de Nelson Mandela, una obra largamente esperada por la comunidad y que empezará a operar con todas sus áreas habilitadas.
