Hospital de Mandela con avance del 97%: Dumek Turbay anuncia fecha de apertura
El Hospital de Nelson Mandela dejó atrás su condición de “elefante blanco” y se encamina a convertirse en uno de los principales centros de atención en salud del sur de Cartagena. El alcalde Dumek Turbay realizó una visita oficial a las obras y recibió la infraestructura para dar inicio al proceso de dotación y habilitación de servicios.
