INAMEH: Cloudiness and isolated rains mark the day of March 23
The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH) reported, in its 4:50 PM VST report, the prevailing meteorological conditions for this Monday. According to the agency, a large part of the national territory presents conditions of little cloudiness and clear skies. However, cloudy intervals are observed that are generating scattered rains or showers, accompanied in some cases by electrical discharges.
