El incremento anual del salario mínimo legal es un asunto vital para los trabajadores, por lo menos 12 millones lo devengan, es fundamental garantizarles un mínimo vital, mandatos de los artículos 25 y 53 de la Constitución Política; sin fuerza laboral no hay riqueza.
