Casi en secreto y de muy bajo perfil, este jueves se reunieron en Caracas el director de la Agencia Central de Inteligencia (CIA por sus siglas en inglés), John Ratcliffe y la vicepresidenta encargada de Venezuela con el aval de Estados Unidos, Delcy Rodríguez.
