Agriculture and Venezuela
For decades, Venezuela was more than a neighbor to Colombia: it was our natural market. Close, large, and logical for a significant portion of our agricultural production. When that door closed, thousands of Colombian producers lost one of their most dynamic markets without good alternatives. Today, with the reestablishment of commercial relations, that opportunity is opening up again: Colombia cannot waste it.
