Cartagena will have a new District Administrative Center: these would be the options
The mayor of Cartagena, Dumek Turbay, announced that studies and designs are currently underway for the construction of a new District Administrative Center (CAD), which would bring together in one place the different departments that are currently dispersed in different sectors of the city.
