Nevardo Escudero Rodríguez disappeared 17 years ago but his memory walks the streets of Urabá. And it is not a mere rhetorical figure, because among the multiple skills he possessed, he was a makeup artist and tattoo artist, so the figures he drew on the skin of his clients are still admired in the agro-industrial region.
