Festival Ambiental por las tortugas marinas en Villa El Carmen
En conmemoración del Día Mundial de la Educación Ambiental, el Ministerio del Ambiente y de los Recursos Naturales MARENA, en coordinación con la Alcaldía Municipal de Villa El Carmen.
