The Mayor's Office of Medellín recently announced that it has advanced 54% in the optimization project of the Piedras Blancas aqueduct in Santa Elena, which will allow the El Rosario sector of the Barro Blanco village to have aqueduct service for the first time, an intervention the District called a milestone for this rural community of Medellín.
