Payment of the "Beca Universitaria" bonus for February 2026 has begun: Increased by more than 14% in bolivars

Starting February 10, 2026, the payment of the "Beca Universitaria" bonus, corresponding to the current month, began through the Patria Platform. Canal Patria Digital specified on its social networks that the amount awarded is Bs. 2,064.40 or US$ 5.35 at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV). "Patria Wallet: Credit for Bs. 2,064.40 for University Scholarship (February 2026)", the message received by beneficiaries stated. This financial aid provided by the Venezuelan government had an increase of 14.68% in bolivars compared to the previous month, when the figure given was Bs. 1,800. However, the amount of this bonus in foreign currency decreased by 1.65% compared to last month, when it stood at US$ 5.44.
