Red Cross has delivered 134 tons of humanitarian aid during the rain emergency
The cold front moving from the north of the continent and causing increased rainfall has put eight of Colombia's 32 departments in check: Córdoba, La Guajira, Cesar, Bolívar, Magdalena, Antioquia, and Chocó.
