Authorities in the state of Falcón reported that hotel occupancy in the Paraguaná Peninsula reached full capacity during this Holy Week 2026. Jorge Díaz, mayor of the Falcón municipality, noted that the entity's various beach resorts have recorded high numbers of visitors during the holiday. "With great satisfaction, I inform all of Venezuela, all of the state of Falcón, that we have 100% hotel occupancy, with all available beds fully occupied in our Falcón municipality, and this is reflected in each of our bays," he stated. He also indicated that there has been an increase in tourists compared to previous periods, especially in Adícora, Buchuaco, and El Supí.
