Cartagena transforms its walls with new lighting: the project is 88% complete
The walls of Cartagena are illuminated from within, offering greater security and a new nighttime tourist experience. The Mayor's Office of Cartagena, through the General Secretariat, together with EPM, is 88% advanced in the second phase of the project to optimize the architectural lighting system of the walled enclosure.
