Pride of the Caribbean! Junieles conquers Italy with his novel about Marlon Brando

The Colombian-Italian novel ‘L’uomo che parlava di Marlon Brando’ (‘The Man Who Spoke of Marlon Brando’), by John Jairo Junieles, was presented at 11:30 AM today at the University of Cartagena stand, within the Bogotá International Book Fair (Filbo), in Pavilion 8, first floor, stand 308. The novel was published in Colombia by Editorial Planeta. The publication of the novel in Italy is part of the internationalization process of the University of Cartagena and projects the literature of the Caribbean and Colombia onto the European stage, one of the exemplary projects of the current rector William Malkún Castillejo, who was re-elected a few days ago.
