Blackout in Cartagena: Power services in the city are beginning to normalize with slow gradualness

TL;DR

Electricity service in Cartagena is gradually being restored after a technical incident.
Substations Zaragocilla and Bosque, along with circuits in Chambacú, Marina, Membrillal, and Bosque, have had their service normalized.
Technical teams are working to restore power to the rest of Cartagena and nearby municipalities: Turbaco, María La Baja, Arjona, and Mahates, as well as San Cayetano.
The blackout has also impacted traffic lights and the aqueduct service, causing low water pressure in some areas.
Afinia Grupo EPM is coordinating with the National Dispatch Center (CND) for the complete normalization of services.
