IPCC-USB Diploma: Advances in Artistic and Cultural Professionalization
A new and significant step in the commitment to the artistic and cultural training of Cartagena as a factor of development and social transformation is taken by the district administration with the opening of the Diploma in Training and Creation of Dance Projects, the result of an agreement signed by the Institute of Heritage and Culture –IPCC- and the University of San Buenaventura (USB).
