More than US$300 per ton of corn: Agreed price scheme seeks certainty for agriculture

Minister of Agriculture and Lands, Julio León Heredia, indicated that the Government will promote a strategy of agreed prices, in order to offer certainty to agricultural producers. In this context, León Heredia indicated that after the technical review of cost structures, reference prices for this planting season could be around 360 dollars per ton for white corn and 320 dollars for yellow corn.
