Mayor Dumek Turbay defines the delivery of carriages and compensation to carriage drivers
In an exclusive interview with El Universal, the mayor of Cartagena, Dumek Turbay Paz, provided a detailed assessment of the progress of several strategic works in the city, as well as announcements regarding mobility, tourist infrastructure, public transport, security, among others.
